Questions before decisions

Frequently Asked Questions

Selling a property can feel uncertain. These answers explain the LifeTree process without promising that every property or situation will qualify.

What is LifeTree’s role in a wholesale transaction?

LifeTree is a real-estate investing and wholesaling business. A proposed transaction may involve a direct purchase, an assignment of contractual purchase rights to another buyer, or another written structure. Ask who will sign, who will close, whether assignment is permitted, and which conditions apply. The signed agreement explains the actual arrangement.

Are you listing my house?

No. LifeTree is not acting as your listing agent when evaluating a direct purchase. If an agent-based sale makes more sense, you remain free to choose that route.

Do you pay a fair price?

Any proposed price depends on location, condition, comparable sales, repairs, title, risk, and transaction costs. You decide whether the terms work for you.

Are there fees or commissions?

LifeTree does not charge a listing commission for a direct purchase. The written agreement will explain any transaction-specific costs before you sign.

Is there an obligation after I submit information?

No. Submitting property information begins an evaluation and conversation; it does not require you to accept an offer or sign an agreement.

How fast can a closing happen?

Timing varies with title work, access, transaction structure, and your needs. The closing date is agreed in writing rather than assumed from a website claim.
